By using this website, you agree to the provisions concerning website use. A travel booking becomes subject to these Terms, the applicable quotation and supplier conditions when you accept the quotation and proceed with the required payment or approved deposit.

These Terms apply to all services provided by Zenith Voyage, including flights, holidays, honeymoons, hotel stays, visa assistance, cruises, transfers, car rentals, corporate travel, group travel and tailor-made journeys.

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment or approved deposit has been received and the relevant airline, hotel or other supplier has confirmed the service. Payment alone does not guarantee availability or confirmation. A website form, inquiry, WhatsApp message or quotation does not itself create a confirmed booking.

• All quotes provided are indicative and valid for the period stated in the quote. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes or availability.
• Confirmed payment methods include cash, OMT, Whish, USD and LBP. Any applicable payment or transfer charge is paid by the customer and shown clearly before payment.
• Deposits may be accepted for selected holiday packages, honeymoons, cruises, group travel and hotels when permitted by the supplier. The quotation states the deposit amount, final-payment deadline and applicable cancellation conditions. The remaining balance must be paid before the supplier's cancellation, issuance or other earlier deadline stated in the quotation.
• Failure to pay by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation, loss of availability, price changes or loss of some or all amounts already paid, depending on supplier conditions.
• Fares, rates and availability are subject to change until a booking is fully confirmed and ticketed.

Cancellation and change terms vary by supplier and fare type. The specific terms applicable to your booking will be provided in writing at the time of confirmation.

If you miss a departure, do not check in or are denied boarding for reasons within your control, the booking is treated as a no-show. No-show terms are determined by the supplier and may result in the loss of the full fare or deposit.

Airlines, hotels and other suppliers may change schedules, cancel services or make other adjustments. Where this occurs, the applicable supplier's policy on rebooking, refunds or alternatives will apply.

Zenith Voyage and travel suppliers may be affected by events outside their reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government action, conflict, public-health events, supplier failure or transport disruption. Where this occurs, the applicable supplier conditions, available alternatives and mandatory legal rights will apply.

Zenith Voyage acts as a travel consultant and booking intermediary. Airlines, hotels and other suppliers remain responsible for providing their respective services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
