IP Address Handling
Our server may temporarily process an IP address for security and rate limiting. Where implemented, Zenith Voyage stores only a shortened cryptographic value derived from that address rather than the complete IP address.

Information Sharing
We share your personal information only when necessary to fulfil your travel arrangements. This includes sharing relevant details with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, visa centres, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, insurers, transport providers and other travel suppliers involved in your booking. These providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies and legal obligations.
We use Supabase as a backend and database service, and Resend as an operational email-delivery provider. These providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies and legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, marketing platforms or analytics providers.
International Processing
International travel services may require your information to be processed outside Lebanon by airlines, hotels, other suppliers, technology providers or government authorities where required to provide the requested travel service.
Data Retention
Zenith Voyage retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, meet accounting or legal obligations, protect against disputes and maintain appropriate operational records. Information is deleted or anonymised where appropriate when it is no longer required.
Data Security
Zenith Voyage uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Rights
